ASTM 201 304 Stainless Steel Pipe Tube Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipe
The deformation process of the hot-rolled welded steel pipe production base can be summarized into three stages: extension, perforation and finishing. Compared with cold rolling, cold rolling is performed below the recrystallization temperature of rolling, and hot rolling is performed above the recrystallization temperature of rolling. The hot-rolled seamless steel pipe can destroy the grain refinement of the steel, the microstructure of the cast ingot, eliminate the defects of the microstructure, make the steel structure dense, and improve the mechanical properties. This improvement is reflected in the rolling direction, making the steel somewhat less isotropic; pouring forms bubbles, cracks and osteoporosis, which can also be welded together under high pressure and temperature.
